oke. semalam baru sampai dari Seri Menanti Resort. Kursus Khidmat Pelanggan Cemerlang Siri I. wah sgt best la.. tempat pun cun. penceramah pun best & friendly jek. paling best?? group aku winner beb untuk keseluruhan game/task yg diberi..weehuu..vass! terrorist la gak..(terror yg terpaling terror) ape yg penting?? kerjasama!

mlm jumaat, pas closing baru la kami2 team OSC gerak ke sana. department lain naik bus ramai2. kami2 siap makan kat Ampangan sat coz lapaq. dlm 10.20 sampai, dorang dh nk hbs sesi.(hbs kol 10.30) haha..selamba jek la.

semalam smpai Palm Spring, mmg aku ketidoran la dari 5 petang smpai 3 pagi..hehe:p bgn sat wat milo + layan cd naruto..smpai la kol 6. mandi, subuh, remp-it :)..tgh memperbaharui timing nih..hehe..

15 - 17/04/2011 : Kursus Perkhidmatan Pelanggan Cemerlang Siri I. Venue?? Seri Menanti Resort. Nice and very beautiful place.

End of month : Kursus Dalaman. (to be confirm)
